    Retro Pop is On the Menu

    Sodexo hosted a 90′s “retro pop” alternate menu in order to spice up the normal cafe lunch.  A variety of foods such as popcorn, chili-n-cheese-dogs, pretzels ice cream sundaes and floats were all available for diners. And for an extra measure of fun, they brought out the karaoke machine!!

    3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt

    UIW’s Alumni Association hosted their 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt.  This year, the event brought in 615 kids and that’s not counting their families and the UIW alumni.  Certainly seems like the hunt was a success and children went home with plenty of goodies and great memories.

    The Thingamajigy Fayre was held March 16 and 17 at the Wonderland of Americas. Featuring artists and crafts people from all over South Texas, the Fayre spotlighted all manner of trinkets, doohickeys and thingy-ma-bobs… mostly along the lines of the Neo-Victorian steam-driven theme.
